... is being so close!
well, of course i'm talking about the job hunt. when i was in victoria for grace camp, i got an email that the job i applied to and went in for an interview for wasn't available anymore. soon i found out that hertz didn't need a trainee for the richmond area anymore. it was bad because i really felt the interview went pretty well!
surprisingly, i got a phone call from the hr person the day later, telling me that another position might is available and that she wanted me to come in for an interview with a different area manager.
that interview went ok, too, but the guy told me that basically he already had his mind set on a different candidate, but he wanted to give me the chance to tell him about me and my experience.
i didn't expect much after that interview, and that's exactly what the outcome was. after a week of contemplating, they decided to go with the other guy, what was kind of disappointing, but i could see it coming. there's no point in being all upset or miserable about it, just trust in god and good things will be coming your way!
